The eyes of the peoples from China through their increasingly tech-savvy netizens in blogosphere are closely monitoring Japan and the chatter and signals emanating from Japan.
The torch is expected to arrive at Nagano, Japan, from Canbrerra, Australia, on April 26, 2008.
Between April 24 in Canbrerra, and April 26, 2008, it is anticipated that at these two stops, the dark forces from the WEST, including German "agent provocateurs" behind the "TEAM TIBET SHANGRI-LA" mau-mau are expected to do a "threepeat" of London, Paris, and San Francisco, i.e. to badmouth, waylay and attempt to ambush the Olympics torch. All of this is suspected by many ethnic Chinese netizens in blogosphere as being part of a Western conspiracy to destabilize China. It started with German chancellor Angela Merkel, and the script has been executed all through these past several weeks from Greece on the international leg of the Olympics torch relay.
Japan's government and its conduct with respect to the reception of the torch will be carefully watched and measured in relation to how other Asian-Pacific countries and their welcoming committee accord their reception to the Olympics torch, relative to the Western governments as shown in London, Paris, and San Francisco. Japan and its government will have to decide whether or not its people are with Asia-Pacific or with the WEST.
If the Olympic torch relay is disrupted in Japan, anti-Japan sentiment might increase in China, observers have said.
And obviously, for many Western China bashers in the European, North American, and Australasian world, they would be none too pleased to apply a wedge between Japan, Inc. and China, Inc.
The tension behind this foreboding signal given the historical experience CHINA and its people remembered in their humiliation after World War I, on May 4, 1919.
And in the middle of this again is GERMANY and JAPAN, the two countries and their governments which precipitated the forces of ultra-nationalism in China which sent shock waves all across the world, i.e. the MAY 4th Movement, and the transformative forces of change which led to the genesis of the Communist revolution in China.
MAY 4th, 1919 "Deja Vu." ? Remember, Germany and Japan and the links to an past of insults heaped upon the Chinese peoples 89 years ago !
08/08/08 and 89 are all ominous signs for China and its peoples.
