The politics behind the Nobel Peace Prize and the Norwegian "cold warrior" behind its crusade to demonize, destabilize and encircle China

There's more to the story behind Liu Xiaobo, as an "asset" of the Western cold warriors -- hell-bent on a crusade to effect regime change and to re-make China to comport and conform with their "Europeanized" version of democracy. This devious plan is part of a grand conspiracy to burnish Liu Xiaobo with the aura of a "champion" of Chinese human rights, and deserving of the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize.

Why are the Norwegians behind this prize doing this at this time, at this juncture with this frontal media assault and "in your face" insult against Beijing and its governing officials ?

As the secret informant behind the Watergate scandal which swirled around former President Richard Nixon, code-named "Deep Throat," admonished the duo reporters, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, "Follow the money;" so should we "follow the money" behind the Nobel Peace Prize and see who is "on the take" and "why." The dynamics behind the selection of Liu Xiaobo, as this year's awardee cannot be more revealing of Western machinations.

Yoichi Shimatzu, a Japanese journalist and former editor for Japan Times, an iconaclast, who has lectured at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and who has written about Tibet and the Nazi links of the Dalai Lama, the"political monk in saffron robe," whom many Chinese dubbed as "the wolf in sheep's clothing" (You may Google Mr. Shitmatzu's writings and find out more about his views) filed a fascinating report and analysis which is linked below with the website of New America Media. (Read link below)

Mr. Shimitzu's think piece (linked below) is very illuminating and provides some background about the politics behind the Nobel Peace Prize. In its overzealous, missionary zeal to promote freedom of expression, what is so ironic and hypocritical about the "spin" behind news coverage in the Western media is the deliberate blockade, suppression, and tamping down of Mr. Shimitsu's "contrarian" view. Apparently, the Western news gatekeepers, from the New York Times to others, deem Mr. Shimitzu's contrarian views "not fit to print." Censorship and suppression cut both ways, in both East and West, it appears.

This year's award recipient, Liu Xiaobo, reeks with the smell of "NATO" Cold War politics, with a Czech "asset" for NATO, Vaclav Havel, and a Norwegian "cold warrior," its former premier, Thorbjoern Jagland, machinating from behind the scene in Oslo. Why? and what are their hidden motives ?

In his piece, Mr. Shitmatsu, analyzed the "dark hand" and the politics behind the Nobel Peace Prize, and how this once prestigious award for the promotion of true world peace, named after a Norwegian explosives entrepreneur, Alfred Nobel, has been prostituted and usurped as a vehicle to promote Cold War politics and the imperatives of a Western-dictated new world order.

Thorbjoern Jagland the former Norwegian premier, foreign minister, dubbbed the "George Bush Jr." of Norway, is the chairman of the Nobel Peace Prize award committee.

Mr. Jagland's Cold War stance and his push to expand NATO's role in projecting the European hegemonistic world view of "democracy" and his anti-Russia, anti-China "cold war" views are analyzed succinctly.

The geopolitical hidden agenda and the politicization of the Nobel Peace Prize award, in the recent selections of Barack Obama for 2009, and now Liu Xiaobo, is anything but about true world peace. It is about power, and projecting power to reshape the world in the face of the emergence of the BRICs in the non-European world, namely Brazil, Russia, India and China. At this juncture, it appears that we may have a new "I," i.e. Iran, to replace India, if Barack Obama is successful in enlisting India's premier to sign on as its "western proxy" to contain China from South Asia, through China's southern flank.

Barack Obama's November state visit to India, South Korea, Japan, and Indonesia bear watching, to see how successful this "neo-containment" policy to encircle China, in this new cold war geostrategy, will succeed or not.

That Vaclav Havel of Czekoslavakia, the "asset" behind delivering this former Eastern European country from the Soviet orbit into NATO is very telling.

That Czech and Norwegian troops are now part of the NATO "coalition of the willing" to pacify and wage counter-insurgency in Afghanistan as part of NATO's pacification and subjugation efforts in Amerika's expanding war in Afghnaistan is described and well analyzed as part and parcel of this new world order, and the Neo-Containment policy to destabilize China from within, and encircle China from without.

The neo-containment Cold War playbook has been dusted up,brought out and resurrected from the attic, with the imprints of George F. Kennan, the father of America's "Containment" policy, and John Foster Dulles. Only this time, the neo-Cold Warriors have added China to the targeted list of "enemy".

Below is the link to Mr. Shimatsu's think piece analyzing the geopolitics behind the Nobel Peace Prize and how one Norwegian politician prostituted and perverted this annual peace prize into a drumbeat for war, albert a new cold war :

Does Liu Xiao Bo deserve the Nobel Peace Prize ? Or is he a tool used by the West to bludgeon and bash China ?

Why Liu Xiabo is a "Trojan Horse" to destabilize China

I want all global Huarens, overseas and specially those resettled in the West, to read what I have to say. Circulate this e-mail to your friends and own network.

Let there be no doubt whatsoever about the Nobel Peace Prize award for Liu Xiaobo. It is a "Trojan Horse" in a sinister move to contain China, and weaken its resurgence. Worse, it is a calculated conspiracy to try to "re-make" China in accordance with what the Western hegemonists and their minions in Asia-Pacific want China to be..... weak, compliant, and subservient.

Why must China and its people remain steadfast and resolute in not succumbing to Western pressures and bullying in the spin to burnish and embellish this "hanjian" as a champion of Chinese human rights ?

"Let a hundred flowers bloom; let a hundred ideas contend." China's intellectuals and huaren overseas must debate this vigorously and not be reticent to call the rascals, charlattans and the "hanjians" who are in our midst, the Liu Xiaobos" of the East, sucking up to their Western masters.

Liu Xiaobo is wholly a creature of the West.

In choosing him this year for the Nobel Peace Prize award, the Euro-hegemonists from the West are showing its last gasp to try to foment "luan" inside China.

The Norwegians are just a minor complicit player in this "Neo-Containment" Policy which is not being foisted by Western governments, now mired in their own morass.

There are hidden motives and a sinister agenda in this emergent "neo-containment" agenda now playing out from Western Europe, Australia, Canada and the United States, with its minions, in Asia-Pacific, joining the chorus.

This clash cuts at the the very heart of Chinese intellectual debate not just within China but outside in the Chinese Diaspora.

And we who are global Huarens must not shirk in our independence to call it like it is, despite of, inspite of, and notwithstanding the fervour for "the Western Moon" which is now very pervasive in Singapore, Taiwan, HongKong, and even inside China, among the "yellow monkeys" who lap up all this "Euro" chic and hogwash.

In my "third space" 第三空间 perch looking at the West and its relentless and increasingly strident campaign to destabilize China and the "gweillo' overzealousness to attempt "re-make" China to conform and comport with and to its"Europeanized" concepts of democracy, human rights, and its hollow "Rule of Law," the choice of Liu Xiaobo, the "hanjian" cannot be more disingenious.

The significance of this "mother of all battles" cannot be more glaring. There are more of these "hanjians" in Asia's midst. And the minions and "gungadins" of Western neo-colonialism is relentless, vicious, and uncontrollable in their overreaching and overzealousness to destabilize, marginalize, isolate, and fragment China.

Let's look back at post-World War I, and revisit the May 4th movement to gain some illuminating lessons from this intellectual clash within China and the Chinese Diaspora.

The core debate is whether or not the followin China's march to the modern era should be built by the following vision:

"While Western studies and culture are good for utilization and application, Chinese studies and culture must serve as the basis to check and balance them." (Xi xue wei yong, zhong xue wei ben.)"

Consider the following think piece from inside China, from a Chinese student studying at Renmin University, who saw through the cultural betrayal by Liu Xiaobo, and explained the context behind this clash, and Liu's betrayal.

Chinese all throughout the world must not succumb to cultural "self-hatred." And China must chart its own course; seek its own path; and not allow the West to interlope and meddle in its internal affairs, least of all, now that Europe and America are mired in its own big mess, economically, socially, culturally, and spiritually.

http://newamericamedia.org/2010/10/a-nobel-peace-prize-for-cultural-self-hatred.php

I say this to Ma Ying Jeau, the President of Taiwan, who talks "blue" but act "green."

"Don't sell out China's sovereignty and independence." "Do the right thing as a proud Chinese, not a neo-colonial."

I say this to Singapore and its current crop of "kiasu" "Western Moon is Rounder" and "Western Worship" officials.

"Don't underestimate the intelligence of the Global Huarens." And "don't coat-tail behind the Western neo-colonialists and Euro-hegemonists." "Know who you are, and know your cultural identity."

Western Neocolonialism is sowing its oats today in Asia-Pacific and the Third World; and we must be resolute in not only resisting, but in fighting back.

Global Huarens must know whose side they are on.
