Two Asian "Brainiacs" with Indian roots weigh in on their Views about "ASIA RISING" - Fareed Zakaria and Kishore Mahbubani

Need I say more, two of the smartest Asian intellectuals, one a Newsweek editor (International edition) Fareed Zakaria, and the other, Singapore's former UN Ambassador to the United States, both weighing in on their thesis about the tectonic shifts in Asia, with emerging CHINDIA, i.e. CHINA and INDIA.

Fareed Zakaria book,"The Post-American World" talks about the Rise of the Rest; (to be diplomatic and not scare the WEST, he did not say ASIA, instead he used "The Rest.") is a recommended book to read.

For a brief synopsis of Mr. Zakaria's thesis about a "Post-American World, read up on the current issue of Newsweek International edition, where Mr. Zakaria put in his analysis of the "Rise of the Rest."

The other, Kishore Mahbubani's highly illuminating book, The New Asian Hemisphere: The Irresistible Shift of Global Power to the East was previously recommended by me in an earlier blog. Further, Mr. Mahbubani's personal blogsite is linked to Spatium Trientis.
