Lately, the toxic air in California in its social moral meltdown spells a precipitous decline of Pax America. And the state of California again is leading the way as a "bellwether" of worse days ahead.
Americans in general are in denial, in distress, and in rage. And they can't accept the fact and reality that their moral social decay within their own society is the fundamental reason why their country and society just simply can't hack it anymore.
And California, its "bellweather" state, is evidencing signs of a collaspse from within. Chemical and drug dependency have spread from Hollywood celebrities to California campuses and schools. And the signs are worrisome. Dope and Drunks galore, Mondo Bizarro California. Madame Speaker Nancy Pelosi Country. Liberal Democrat stronghold ! Where the Irish, Italian and Jewish (SEIU) labor union bosses run herd.
Drugs, chemical dependency, hooked on drugs, are emblematic of a deeper malaise within and amongst its society, its "armpit" side. And from the looks of things, it is not just the economy, stupid ! It is much more.
When drugs become rampant in California's campuses from UC Berkeley to San Diego State University, from UC Santa Cruz to University of Colorado, in Boulder,Colorado, in the form of drug dealings, cocaine, crack, metaamphetamines, ecstacy, and yes, marijuana, the benign "cigarette" of choice of many of America's youth, now openly flaunting the federal anti-marijuana laws, in the form of bong-outs, drug-fests, and smoke-outs, one begins to wonder where the children of the post-Vietnam "baby bommers," the newbies, the "X-ers" and "Y-ers" are headed.
White boys and girls are gripped by this "drug culture" and "chemical dependency" lifestyle which reminds me of the period of "opium" over a century and a half in China.
Then, as now in the West, the society over in the East, i.e. the Manchu Dynasty, under an imperial court eroded of any moral-social compass, was also rotten from within, collaspsing by its own banality, vulgarity and impertinence. The addiction to opium by the Chinese masses, as the white boys and girls nowadays are addicted to drugs, were remarkably similar.
Click on the latest drug raids in San Diego involving the white boys and girls from the animal houses of San Diego State University, its fraternity houses; consider that this story follows a killing involving a group of drunk youths at the University of California Berkeley off-campus when a 21-year white engineering senior was stabbed to death by a 19-year old, related to a wild alchohol binge party at a Sorority-Fratenity party. And these white boys and girls have the audacity to hector and scream against other societies' problems, including human rights abuses, Tibet, Darfur, and Global Warming.

Last we hear, the first municipality in California, Vallejo, has decided to declare municipal bankruptcy. The city can't pay its policemen and firemen anymore. And Governor Arnauudddd ..... "The Terminator" has announced a budget shortfall and deficit of US$ 20 billion, and climbing. That's a "B" not an "M," folks. California schools are being starved. The mental patients are being released to roam the mean streets of California's cities. In San Francisco alone, there's at least 5,000 homeless bums, most of whom are drug addicts or alcohol abusers, or mental patients, wallowing in the mean streets of San Francisco every single day.
Those of you who visit San Francisco lately know how "Mondo Bizzaro" San Francisco has become -- filthy, perverse, and sleazy. Yes, the city terrain and topography remain stunningly beautiful. But the civic culture has unraveled. Meltdown. Total meltdown.
Is there hope in sight ? With BO and Hillary Clinton on one aisle, and John McCain on the other aisle, all doing "spin" and pandering for the "lowest common denominator" to a dumbed down citizenry, I doubt there is any real fix in sight.
Depressing, isn't it ? Asia rises. The U.S. is precipitously breaking apart from within, from its own banality, civic unraveling and moral-spiritual collaspe.
And yes, they are going for "animal rights" these days, apart from hectoring China on "human rights." Isn't that super ? When they can't even take care of their own sad children, our Johnnys and Janes who can't do basic 'rithmetic and write clear English. Good grief. Choke on my eggrolls and fried lice !
