The biased U.S. mainstream news media has been allowed to get away with a lot of spin to the point where I honestly believe that the Americans have just rifled in and succeded in making "top-spinning" as an Olympics sports for the next Olympics Games in London for 2012 since they are so good at it.
Finally, the McClatchy News organizations 'fesses up to the Gold Medal Count and that Team USA will fall short to being and staing Numero Uno.... Number One, ceding that to China.

Talk all they can, and spin all they will.... the fact remains that a bare-footed Jamaican sprinter, 6 foot 6 inches Usain Bolt, on chicken mcnuggets as diet, no hype, no special diet, no specially-customed made Nike running shoes, no Colorado Olympics training regimen, no Speedo, no nothing, is able to sprint past TEAM USA, and win not one, not two, but three Gold medals and broke the world records, with room to spare.
And talk about the cyclists from Team USA landing at the Beijing International Airport, air masks and all. Where are those rude gringo jerks now ?
Talk about the special food, the container-load of specially-prepared meals for Team USA, the chefs, the dieticians, the trainers, the masseuse, the coaches, the sports doctors, the sports gear experts, the what-not rigmarole associated with the sports machine of Team USA, and guess what ? They can't even pass the batons right on the 400-metre relay competition, for both males and female Olympians.
And they had to use marker pens to write on their Team USA shirts to identify themselves as qualifiable during the race with their assigned numbers ?
What kind of crock is this ?
