As the 2nd round of discussion starts between emissaries of the Dalai Lama and Chinese officials in an undisclosed location in Beijing, it is notewworthy to review the history of the Dalai Lama and how Tibet and Tibetans have been used and exploited by the WEST in pursuit of its program to demonize, bully and destabilize Chinese society.
In particular the role of the CIA and the Western intelligence services and its relationship with the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan movement to sabotage China from within provides the backdrop and context as to why China today is so skeptical and suspicious of His Holiness.
